Only UltraEdit Created XHTML-Strict File Works on Opera

The files with same content, created by UltraEdit and by Eclipse3.0, are different to Opera7.
File created by UltraEdit will execute javascript while file created by Eclipse3.0 will not execute JavaScript!
Fucking bug!
